The Wise Animal Learns To Adapt To The Source Of Energy Most Abundant In Its Environment

"When The Source Of Energy Most Suitable To An Animal's Nourishment And Well-Being Is Not Readily Available : The Wise Animal Learns To Adapt, To Assimilate The Energy Which Is Most Readily Available."

----

my whole life I' ve been smiling when I felt like
whiling
jealousy swinging on me made his attack
(he soft he whack man that ain' t real rap)
you believe that
it hurt me at first but it' s cool
[took the insults fed it to my ego and used it for
fuel]

Will Smith - Don't Say Nothin

----

People don’ t usually come back this way
From a place that was dark as I was in
Just to get to this place
Now let these words be like a switch blade to a
haters rib cage
And let it be known from this day forward
[I wanna just say thanks cause your hate is what
gave me the strength]

When The Words And Actions Of Adults Are Cruel, Greedy, And Corrupt, Remember This : They Were Once Children

Try to remember that adults were once children.
Children who had simple values.

"I want people to like me."
"Are my Mommy and Daddy happy with me?"
"I want to be welcomed by the popular kids."
"I hope I get invited to the popular kid's birthday party."

What becomes twisted and misshapen in adulthood is the simple values gone wrong because of feeling unwanted and unwelcome,
of children growing into adults who feel that
they are constantly fighting to feel included,
they are constantly fighting to be accepted,
that life is a never ending battle with their fellow human beings to earn the right to survive and be accepted.

Children who had simple needs and simple wants become adults who are twisted and perverted by a society, by a human mindset still rooted in fear and distrust.

The Solution?

The beginning of Humanism : Empowerment-Based Earth Community

Young, or not so young, And Stuck? Move.

- When you are young, or, even when you are unfortunately older, and you find yourself stuck and unsure about how to proceed in life, there is something you can do which will help you find your path again.

- Move

- "A change in environment, is a change in perspective."

- Specifically, move somewhere you have always wanted to be.
- Paris, because of the movie Ratatouille.
- Tokyo, because of Japanese Anime.
- London, because of Shakespeare.
- Alaska, because of the wilderness.
- and, so on.

- "A cart which is stuck in the mud, cannot be unstuck with the amount of energy which got it stuck in the first place."
"A cart which is stuck, requires more energy than what was originally used, to get the cart unstuck."

- It's all about energy.
- Going somewhere new is exciting. New smells. New sights.
A new feeling.

- KEEP YOURSELF BUSY
- Work a lot. Volunteer a lot. Keep meeting people. Meeting people adds to your experience, adds to your social group.

- New jobs, New experiences.
- The more experiences you have, the better.
- New experiences add new perspectives.

- Making your dreams come true.
- Dreams require energy. Experiences which give energy provide the sustenance for dreams.
- People are essential for dreams. They are energy. They are ideas. They are help.

Getting Over Something : Saturate Yourself With It, And See, And Feel, That It Does Not Fulfill You

"If you wish to get over something, move past something , remove something which is blocking you from moving forward , you need to get it out of your system."
"Saturate yourself with the thing until your system builds up a tolerance to it, until you simply become bored with it, until it simply does not stimulate you anymore."

"As with drugs, alcohol, exercise and any other addictions, when you saturate yourself with it, you build up a tolerance which turns into an absence of stimulation."
"When you reach that point, you have a choice, supported by your feelings : to continue needing something which is stopping your growth, or to let of go, because you can feel it no longer gives you anything."
"After having saturated yourself , and truly feeling how empty the stimulation is, the decision to let it go, is a simple one, free of lingering doubts about possibilities of something more that could have been extracted."

What To Do When You Lose / Quit / Get Fired From Your Job

"When you change jobs, or, become unemployed, because of a difficult necessity , take a month or two or three or however long you need, to recover your sense of self."
"Work for the vast majority of people means effort and fatigue and, more often than not, the need to force oneself to work out of the necessity to eat. In short, work life is mostly draining, and not particularly fulfilling for the majority of people."
"With that in mind, when you find yourself no longer working and lost, your 1st step, is to recover."
"Sleep, Eat and Be Merry."
"Your entire perspective on life will do a 180 once you are feeling rested and centered once more."
"The Capitalist madness does nothing but create severe neurosis in the population following its socioeconomic model."
"You need to heal your wounds and then you will be ready to find your next journey with a clear head and a buoyant heart."
"And, if you're really interested in making the world a better place, be part of the movement putting an end to Capitalism."
"But, remember the rest thing."

Sometimes You Must Give A Person What They Want Before They Will Accept What They Need

"Sometimes Helping Another Person Requires Getting Their Attention And Trust By Giving Them What They Want; Then They Become Receptive To Being Guided On What They Need. But first, you must get their attention." - David Julio Wang
