We live in a culture of fear.
We are all very afraid, all the time.
Afraid of being hurt.
Afraid of being rejected.
Afraid of being ostracized.
Afraid.
Afraid.
Afraid.

At times, crazy ideas come into our heads, something strange and outrageous that possesses us because of an intense need to challenge this world of mindlessness and mediocrity,
a world where we feel unwelcome and judged constantly,
it is no wonder that a howling beast arises in us that wants to cry out against this stifling purposelessness.

...I have never been able to bring myself to step out in this way...
am I a coward?
...i don't think so...i believe that if something is important enough to me, i will rise up to challenge the status quo.
still...it would be nice to grow beyond my limitations...
